spamsinkПримерно год назад я принял участие в качестве докладчика в одной русскоязычной конференции, организованной онлайн, и впоследствии совершил некоторые телодвижения, чтобы перевод моего доклада был опубликован в "proceedings" в одном из изданий IEEE 4 месяца назад. Развлечение было чисто ради хобби.
На днях я получил по емейлу следующее предложение:
