Although google finds more than 800,000 results for "whither the", surprisingly, I could not find a specific definition of "whither" with zero copula (e.g., from the first page of google results, "whither the white working class?", "whither the aviation industry?", "whither the portable optical drive?" )

Are there any other constructions with zero copula in standard English?
