Google B-BURNS!
May. 10th, 2006 07:49 pmGoogle announced a new service - Google Trends - today. It allows to see the trends of world's interest in particular topics and to compare interest in several topics side by side, and per region. The main page - http://google.com/trends - suggests a few inane searches, but try some a little more controversial, e.g.
http://google.com/trends?q=abortion%2Ccontraception
http://google.com/trends?q=corruption%2Cintegrity
http://google.com/trends?q=death%2Cbirth
http://google.com/trends?q=religion
http://google.com/trends?q=christianity%2Cislam
http://google.com/trends?q=god%2Cdevil
Look at the cities AND the regions. Prepare to be surprised.
