Я наливаю жидкости из только что открытого тетрапака с плоским верхом, держа упаковку

1. отверстием ближе к низу (а что, можно по другому?)
   
2. отверстием ближе к низу (знаю, что могу иначе, но ну булькает/плещется, ну и ладно)

The strange thing is, most tetrapaks are designed for pouring method 1.

Sure, the domed top leaves no option. That's why the question is specific to the flat top.

Yes, there are flat top ones, too.

- top row, red brik with strawberry on it. That's very common packaging in Europe. I guess the cap doesn't stick out, so the brik fits better.

The opening has a hinged cap and a pouring lip positioned so that that's the only sensible way to pour.

There must be a petition to have the pouring lip flipped! It would also make it easier to pour the liquid out to the last drop.
