Movie log: Transamerica

In a few words, it's "Mrs. Doubtfire" for a slightly more mature audience (with less childish humor), down to a literal copy of that silly implausible plot device that ruined the first of the two movies for me, and now it took me a while to recover from that rancid stale taste.

Felicity Huffman did deserve the Oscar nomination, though; and maybe to win it too.

A crazy credit (for those who know the plot) that is not mentioned on IMDB: the production company for the movie is very fittingly called "Transparent films".
